První spuštění

První spuštěníV seriálu Začínáme jsme si již vysvětlili, jak na instalaci Mirandy, dnes se zaměříme na neméně důležitou část. Bude se jednat o vůbec první spuštění. Čtěte dále…

Mirandu máme tedy nainstalovanou a ikonku na ploše, případně v panelu Rychlé spuštění. Spustíme Mirandu a budeme muset nastavit hned několik věcí:

1 V první řadě to je vytvoření nového profilu. V zobrazeném okně vyplníme položku Profile libovolným názvem. Můžeme použít například své jméno nebo přezdívku. Vytvoření potvrdíme tlačítkem Create. Profil slouží k odlišení uživatelů v případě, že Mirandu používá ještě někdo kromě vás. Jméno se odrazí v názvu souboru .dat v domovském adresáři Mirandy.
Tvorba profilu
2 Poté se nás program zeptá na přihlašovací údaje do několika výchozích protokolů (AIM, ICQ, IRC). Pro nás bude nyní důležitý hlavně protokol ICQ, kde vyplníme UIN (např. 259458745) a heslo. Potvrďte tlačítkem OK

3 Posledním dialogem, který se objeví je Import Information Wizard a můžeme pomocí něho importovat soubor s profilem do Mirandy, ale jelikož je to naše první spuštění, můžeme jej bez obav zavřít.
4 Nyní už nám naběhne samotná Miranda. Jelikož jsme zadali údaje pro připojení k ICQ, můžeme se k němu ihned připojit kliknutím na jeho ikonku ve stavové oblasti a následně kliknutím na Online. Načtou se nám všechny kontakty uložené na serveru.

5 Nyní už je čas na konfiguraci. Pro začátek můžeme podrobně prozkoumat obsáhlé nastavení Mirandy. K tomu se dostaneme kliknutím na ikonku Mirandy v pravém horním rohu okna a zvolením položky Options….
6 Kontakty mají také svoje menu, to vyvoláme stisknutím pravého tlačítka nad daným kontaktem. Toto menu také dopororučuji prozkoumat…

Závěr

Až budete mít svou Mirandu řádně “pod kůží”, můžete pokračovat na další důležitou část a sice její konfiguraci.
